Guess what? I finally understood what they meant when they say " it's a small world after all..."
Recently, i re-connected with one of my primary school friend, Sita.
It has been 4 years since i last saw her, no contacting at all in between these 4 years. & suddenly, she found me on facebook.
As i was surfing the net just now, i found 2 other long-lost friends :D
All these primary school friends, all lost contact after graduation from primary school, but we still remember each other.
Such simple and innocent friendships are true ones, unlike the ones we have now. Some people may treat you very well infront of you, but behind your back, they may be hating you to the core.
2009 had been a disastrous year for me, i once thought. Because i lost someone. But it's also a heart-warming year cos i found out that true friendships still exists in this world.
Life is like a rollercoaster ride, made up of ups and downs. You can soar up high but you can also plunge down low too.
Expect the unexpected- my lesson learnt from 2009. What's yours?
